Meet Your Realtor

Meet and get to know your REALTOR. Complete a questionnaire to help the REALTOR find homes that meet your goals and needs. Sign a Buyer’s Agent Agreement to establish the working relationship.

Loan Pre-Approval

Your REALTOR will arrange a no-obligation meeting with a loan officer. Getting pre-approved helps you accurately narrow down the price range, know your closing costs and monthly payment. It also strengthens your negotiation position with the seller and expedites the closing. You don’t want to lose your dream home waiting on financing.

Home Search

Your REALTOR will send you lists of homes based on your goals and needs. Once you decide on which homes you wish to visit in person your REALTOR will accompany and advise and guide you through the process.

Making An Offer

Once you find your dream home, your REALTOR will help you put in a fair offer in writing, based on extensive market research. They will help you negotiate any counter offers and finally get your offer accepted (contingent on inspection of course).


Hire a professional home inspector to conduct a thorough inspection of the property. Discuss the results with your REALTOR, they will help you negotiate with the seller to complete any necessary repairs.


Once the inspection contingency is removed, the bank orders an appraisal. Final financing is set.


The closing is the formal process of signing papers, paying fees and closing costs, and receiving the keys to your new home! Your REALTOR supports you at the closing meeting.
